Jonathan, a former nationwide cellular communications construction business owner, and Kate, an educator, never set out to become custom home builders in Rochester, MN. Their journey began at home — designing and building their own houses and completing renovation projects for family and friends. What started as a personal passion for creating warm, functional living spaces quickly grew into a calling. As word spread about their attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and thoughtful design, families began seeking them out as a trusted custom home builder in Rochester, MN and surrounding communities. Today, Jonathan and Kate continue to build homes rooted in integrity, creativity, and a genuine commitment to helping families create spaces where life truly happens.
